Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in Abilene, TX is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician. The role covers troubleshooting and repairing production lines, installing and overhauling equipment, and performing preventative maintenance on high-speed machinery.

Starting pay ranges from $24.86 to $30.38 per hour, with shift hours of 2-2-3 Flex (5:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, 0–5 years in maintenance, and basic computer skills; PLC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• 1+ years of mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
• Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow manufacturers specifications and schematics.
• May be required to supply hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Overhaul and install new equipment.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts.
• Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.
• Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory.
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
