Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a maintenance technician in San Antonio, TX. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production lines, perform change-overs, and install equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 0–5 years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, and familiarity with schematics and PLCs. The position offers a 2-2-3 flex schedule, early hours, and supportive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• 1+ years of mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
• Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Overhaul and install new equipment.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts.
• Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.
• Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory.
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.

Work days/Shift Hours –2-2-3 Flex Schedule , 4:30 AM- 5 PM

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $27.41 to $36.55 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
