Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years mechanical and electrical trades experience
• Minimum of three years’ maintenance planning experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with CMMS (Fiix) preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work to ensure efficiency and reliability
• Maintain Fiix CMMS data and asset records
• Track inventory of spare parts and reorder as needed
• Generate weekly KPI reports for the Maintenance Manager
• Coordinate with Maintenance Team Leads on work orders
