Job summary

Kronospan in Anniston, AL is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support Maintenance and Manufacturing by preparing civil and mechanical layouts, drawings, sketches, and diagrams. The role coordinates CMMS and PDM systems for all facility areas and maintains filing systems for drawings, change orders, and data sheets.

Occasional overtime may be required. Ideal candidates will have strong MS Office skills, ability to train staff on CMMS, and track project timelines within time/cost/quality

Qualifications

• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to build complex spreadsheets with formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience communicating with all levels of staff and vendors.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies and implement in CMMS.
• Ability to generate reports and improve maintenance operations.
• Ability to train staff on CMMS usage.
• Cost estimation for personnel, parts, and supplies.
• Demonstrated leadership in maintenance environments.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil and mechanical layouts, drawings, sketches, and diagrams to support Maintenance and Manufacturing.
• Coordinate CMMS and PDM systems for all facility areas.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for drawings, change orders, as‑built drawings, and data sheets.
• Coordinate assigned projects within time, cost, and quality guidelines; may require overtime.
