Job summary

Innospec Inc. in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to organize maintenance records, schedules, and budgets. You will manage CMMS data, track inventory, and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely maintenance services.

Qualifications

• Two years of ERP/CMMS experience preferred.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing, preferably chemicals.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts; overtime as needed.
• GED or High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Close work orders daily in CMMS, ensuring labor and fields captured.
• Maintain maintenance master data: parts, supplies, equipment.
• Input Preventative Maintenance plans into CMMS.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors for maintenance.
• Prepare documentation for time entry and scheduling.
• Generate maintenance reports and KPI data from CMMS.
