As our Maintenance Planner, you will anticipate and eliminate potential delays by planning and coordinating maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for planning and coordinating all planned maintenance activities at the site.

What will you do?
  • Ensure safety considerations are integrated into every job plan.
  • Handle long and short-term planning.
  • Maintain bill of materials (BOM) for assets within your responsibility.
  • Visit work site areas regularly.
  • Scope work and document decisions on Work Planning Checklist.
  • Determine appropriate planning levels for new work orders and PMs from CMMS.
  • Assign work, identify, and plan all work phases during line downtime.
  • Requisition and reserve materials for planned work.
  • Develop the Weekly Work Schedule.
  • Manage CMMS master data.
  • Estimate labor hours, costs, and schedule manpower.
  • Communicate Work Planning Packages to Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Review work feedback to improve planning.
  • Coordinate maintenance and minor construction activities.
  • Develop standard routines and task lists.
  • Assist with supply chain coordination.
  • Attend weekly scheduling meetings.
  • Analyze completed work feedback and execute follow-ups.
  • Plan shutdown-related work.
