The Maintenance Planner will work closely with maintenance technicians, supervisors, production, procurement, and outside contractors to ensure work orders are properly scoped, resourced, and ready for execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong industrial maintenance planning, scheduling, SAP PM/EAM, and CMMS experience who enjoys bringing structure and organization to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure parts and materials are identified, ordered, and staged before scheduled maintenance begins
  • Create purchase orders for materials, services, and outside contractors as needed
  • Maintain a pipeline of fully prepared “Ready to Schedule” work orders

  • Manage and prioritize the maintenance backlog
  • Track schedule compliance, planned vs. unplanned work, labor utilization, emergency work, and planning accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve maintenance planning and scheduling processes
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of maintenance planning and/or scheduling experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of industrial maintenance processes and equipment
  • Hands-on experience using SAP PM, SAP Plant Maintenance, EAM, CMMS, or similar maintenance-management software
