Job description

Prioritize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and follow up on all plannable and predictive maintenance work performed within the facility and/or on Lineage or customer assets. This includes managing labor, parts, materials, and equipment access while adhering to all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Work with maintenance leadership to obtain approval for all maintenance plans and determine resource availability.
  2. Coordinate and communicate with appropriate maintenance vendors for timely repair of equipment or assets.
  3. Communicate resource schedules to leadership, including potential facility and/or asset shutdowns.
  4. Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System to update work orders, track performance metrics, and provide timely reports to leadership.
  5. Track and maintain compliance program records, audit action items, and provide status updates.
  6. Interface with safety compliance committees and environmental resources for specific inquiries.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide feedback on continuous operational improvements.
  • Ensure asset and component warranties are leveraged to reduce costs, if applicable.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of data entry experience and/or fleet maintenance coordination or related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting across all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • High accuracy in data input and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels, which can sometimes be loud.
