Location: Summit, IL

Pay: $29 - $32/hr.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm

Duration: Contract To Hire

Requirements: Candidate must have experience with SAP and be comfortable using stairs to access machinery for parts identification and ordering.

Summary:

RWP: The individual in this role is expected to perform professionally, demonstrating high skill and competence. Responsibilities include reviewing new maintenance requests, gathering pertinent information, and securing necessary parts before scheduling work. The role involves investigating work requests by communicating with requestors to ensure correct parts availability, and playing a key role in improving work planning and scheduling efficiencies.

TPM: Accountable for TPM maintenance plans, improving stable operations, creating TPM task lists based on operator needs, and training operators on TPM inspections, including follow-up on inspection feedback to create SAP work requests.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve world-class performance in equipment effectiveness, costs, inventory, and schedule attainment.
• Lead and participate in TPM teams to develop and implement operator task list inspections.
• Review SAP work notifications daily, investigate relevant information, and coordinate with originators.
• Plan approved notifications, secure materials, and prepare work orders for scheduling and completion.
• Create and maintain SAP maintenance plans and recurring task lists.
• Generate monthly reports on work orders backlog and kitted jobs.
• Manage TPM task lists, train operators, and ensure schedule compliance.
• Participate in safety, housekeeping, and engineering solution teams.
• Serve as backup for storeroom coordinator and reliability administrator.
• Participate in work request approval and scheduling committees.
• Coordinate with storeroom and procurement to ensure parts availability.
• Secure outside quotes, define scope of work, and procure bids from contractors.
• Complete other assignments as directed by the maintenance leader.
