Kelly Services seeks a Maintenance Planner for a premier manufacturing client in Ankeny, IA. The role is a 2-year contract with 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, offering a $26.00/hour pay rate. You will plan and schedule maintenance, collaborate with teams on the shop floor, and ensure equipment reliability while adhering to safety protocols.

Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance.
Spending approximately 80% of your time on your feet within the factory, collaborating with various teams and supporting production.
Using metatarsal safety boots and adhering to all safety protocols.
Occasionally driving a company-owned vehicle (indoors) or your personal vehicle to nearby facilities for intra-facility travel.
Reporting to maintenance management and participating in regular team meetings via Microsoft Teams.
Have experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment—shop floor experience preferred.
Are comfortable being onsite full-time and spending the majority of your day on your feet.
Possess strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to safety and operational details.
Can provide your own metatarsal safety boots and adhere to a business casual dress code.
