  • Accurate Pay Range: $18.00-$19.00 per hour plus monthly incentives.

We are seeking a Maintenance Worker with entry-level knowledge of basic building maintenance and some trade support skills, such as basic electrical, plumbing, masonry, custodial, carpentry, painting, doors, roofs, golf carts, etc. The role involves servicing one or multiple locations within a district.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards in offices, restrooms, exterior areas, company units, hallways, etc.
  • Clean vacated units promptly, ensuring doors, latches, and alarms are functional. Conduct pest control inspections and take appropriate actions.
  • Handle and store chemicals and cleaners safely, in compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor the physical condition of the facility and report maintenance needs and equipment failures to the Store Manager.
  • Perform minor nonstructural repairs and replacements, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
  • Perform touch-up painting and landscape maintenance.
  • Ensure sufficient supplies are on hand to fulfill duties.
  • Demonstrate site management knowledge, including customer service and daily operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-6 months of related experience or training
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation
