Job summary

Guardian Storage is seeking Maintenance Personnel to cover Fox Chapel and Monroeville locations, with potential for more sites. Join a team that values customer service, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities include property upkeep, landscaping, and keeping equipment functioning. A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the area are required. We offer competitive pay and strong benefits in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of property maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well with people and provide good customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move around the property and climb stairs.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects (up to 100 lbs).
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within the area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guardian Storage properties for cleanliness and general housekeeping.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as grass cutting, mulching, hedge trimming, and snow removal.
• Ensure all equipment on property is in working condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
