Job summary

Guardian Storage is seeking Maintenance Personnel to cover Fox Chapel and Monroeville locations (and nearby areas as needed). The role focuses on keeping properties clean, safe, and well-maintained, with responsibilities including landscaping, basic repairs, and routine inspections.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of property maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel within the area.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and climb stairs.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Landscaping tasks: grass cutting, mulching, hedge trimming, snow removal.
• Ensure all equipment on property is in working condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Job Requirements

• Ability to move throughout the property to which assigned and the ability to climb stairs
• Ability to life moderate to heavy objects (up to 100lbs)
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and willing to travel within the area
