Job summary

Guardian Storage seeks an Associate Flex Manager who can travel to multiple locations throughout the Pittsburgh area. You will manage daily facility operations, drive occupancy and revenue, and stay knowledgeable about our self-storage products.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales/management and at least 1 year in customer service, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel. A supportive team and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or management experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within multiple locations in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the facility.
• Assist in growth and occupancy and maximize revenue.
• Develop knowledge of the self-storage industry and products.
• Handle customer sales, inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Market the store through referrals, local businesses and community involvement.
• Maintain the property’s physical condition with Maintenance Personnel.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
