Job Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Man / Handyman to join our team! You’ll primarily make sure our apartments and homes are rental ready by regularly inspecting our buildings for any damage and conducting routine maintenance to keep them running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage and to install windows, doors, and walls and/or perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends (though this is not often)
