Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS/MRO systems (Maximo) and reporting.
• Forklift knowledge with certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parts and supply inventories, verify stock levels.
• Organize and label parts, supplies, and materials.
• Reconcile inventory levels using sign-out sheets and work orders.
• Assist in tracking inventory-related transactions in internal systems.
• Plan parts and material requirements for maintenance activities.
• Enter and maintain data in the CMMS (Maximo) and generate reports.
• Support safety, organization, and data accuracy in a lab/warehouse setting.
