Job summary

Crystal Creamery, Inc. in Modesto, CA, is seeking a Plant Maintenance Parts & Inventory Clerk to support the maintenance team at our dairy manufacturing facility.

You will work hands-on with mechanics to identify parts, organize stock, and ensure replacements are available to keep production running safely and efficiently. You will manage parts in MP2 CMMS, receive deliveries, perform cycle counts, and prepare parts kits.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial maintenance parts and storeroom operations.
• Ability to identify mechanical and electrical components.
• Strong computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Experience with CMMS; MP2 is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a dairy or food manufacturing environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify equipment parts with maintenance mechanics.
• Prepare parts kits in advance for scheduled maintenance.
• Receive, label, and store parts accurately.
• Maintain inventory records in MP2.
• Run and review inventory reports and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotes and replacements.
• Support shift handoffs and ensure parts availability.
