Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, maintenance coordination, or manufacturing support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the maintenance parts room inventory with accurate stock levels.
• Order maintenance parts, tools, and supplies to support production and maintenance needs.
• Research parts, obtain quotes, compare pricing, and work with vendors for cost-efficient solutions.
• Create and manage purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials.
• Maintain inventory records in CMMS and ERP systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance services with outside vendors and contractors.
