Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Waco, TX is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts flow, requisitions, and CMMS utilization within the maintenance department. You will ensure accurate part numbers, coordinate with suppliers, and order parts to support production.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in a maintenance parts room, with proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This is an on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Business Administration or related degree preferred.
• 3+ years maintenance parts room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming requisitions for parts in coordination in SAP with the Maintenance Manager and the Mechanics.
• Maintain 100% accountability for the parts room - receive, sort and catalogue all incoming & outgoing parts.
• Maintain inventory at designated min/max levels.
• Submit orders to the assigned PO writer for all parts, ensuring verification of quality, quantity, and accurate documentation, including part numbers.
• Gathers and set out parts (kitting) for planned project work for Maintenance personnel.
• Assist in the monitoring of daily, weekly, yearly PM programs.
