Job summary

Interstate Parking Company in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance team member to keep parking facilities clean, safe, and operational. You will inspect gates, doors, kiosks, and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of parking gates, doors, and technology kiosks.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and technological issues in parking facilities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• Cleaning and janitorial duties including litter removal, trash, sweeping and mopping, and power cleaning.
• Respond promptly to emergency repairs to maintain uninterrupted parking services.
• Collaborate with operations to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Change out signage for lots and ensure safety compliance.

• Respond promptly to emergency repairs to maintain uninterrupted parking services.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Change out signage for lots.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
