Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Painter to keep our communities looking pristine. You will prepare and repair walls and trim, select and mix paints, and apply finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray.

You’ll also protect surfaces, set up ladders or scaffolding, and maintain the maintenance shop daily. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Willingness to transfer to other local regional sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare wall and trim surfaces, repair holes and joints with filler.
• Hang drywall, tape, and sand.
• Mix paints and match colors.
• Protect surfaces with masking materials.
• Paint surfaces with brushes, rollers, or spray.
• Create wood grain or texture effects.
• Set up scaffolding or ladders.
• Clean up Maintenance Shop daily.
