Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively across mediums and maintain accuracy

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage routed breakdown calls, plan repairs, and provide timely updates
• Issue purchase orders and process vendor invoices
• Maintain vendor profiles and submit change requests to management
• Ensure service compliance and warranty obligations are met
• Coordinate with vendors to minimize cost and lead times
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved promptly
• Reposition equipment for repair and reassign shops as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
