Responsabilités

• Provide wide-ranging personnel duties.
• Assist in development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base/line operation.
• Forecast future manpower requirements and coordinate staffing utilization.
• Develop and maintain statistical data and reports.
• Handle payroll, attendance, and related HR processes per union and company policy.
• Prepare reports on budgets, base/line forecasts, operations, and OSHA data.
• Coordinate reports on personnel, staffing levels, and performance.
