Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Maintenance Clerk IV to support maintenance operations in Mesquite, TX. This on-site role offers a 1st shift from 7:00a to 3:30p and focuses on advanced administrative tasks and accurate record-keeping to uphold reliability.

The position partners with maintenance, operations and vendors to maintain compliance, data accuracy, and efficient workflow. Strong CMMS and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance administration, facilities support, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.
• Ability to analyze records, prepare reports, and manage multiple priorities.
• Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and audit maintenance work orders and records.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and updates.
• Maintain equipment documentation and compliance files.
• Track inventory levels and support procurement activities.
• Generate maintenance metrics, reports, and data analyses.
• Coordinate vendor services, contracts, and service records.
• Support CMMS administration and data integrity initiatives.
• Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
