• 5+ years of maintenance experience, esp. electrical.
• Strong reading, comprehension, and attention to detail.
• Solid communication, teamwork, and organization.
• Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
• Advanced shop math and gauge-reading aptitude.
• Basic computer skills, including webpage navigation.
