Timken is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Operator to support facilities, production equipment and gauging systems at the New Philadelphia Bearing plant. You will implement continuous improvement, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, calibrate gauges, and uphold safety standards while supporting uptime and part requirements.

Qualified candidates typically have an Associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, strong comprehension, and teamwork skills, plus 5+ years of

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Support facilities, production equipment and gauging systems in the New Philadelphia Bearing plant.
• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot/repair mechanical and electrical problems.
• Maintain current calibration schedules on product gauges and ensure gauge accuracy.
• Support and maintain facility systems and infrastructure.
• Adhere to safety requirements and drive proactive equipment compliance.
