Job summary

The Timken Company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Operator to support facilities, production equipment, and gauging systems at the New Philadelphia Bearing plant. You will implement preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, calibrate gauges, and uphold safety and compliance across facility systems.

The role requires an associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and 5+ years of maintenance experience, with strong problem-solving and teamwork

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong reading, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support production machine uptime and perform repairs.
• Determine OE and replacement part needs.
• Maintain calibration schedules for product gauges.
• Support and maintain facility systems and infrastructure.
• Adhere to safety requirements and ensure equipment compliance.
