Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Direct experience in production, quality control, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with pneumatics, hydraulics, gauging, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to daily engineering problems in production and quality control.
• Design or modify machinery and processes to meet targets.
• Manage projects and coordinate with engineers, analysts, and contractors.
• Create business cases for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use data-based problem solving and statistical methods on the floor.
