Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead the maintenance department and Tool Room. You will guide installation, repair, and preventive maintenance, while coordinating with utilities and environmental agencies to ensure compliant hazardous waste disposal.

You will oversee space planning, equipment upgrades, and PM scheduling, driving safe, reliable plant operations and adherence to specifications. In-person position based in Aurora, IL.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance personnel and supervising a Tool Room.
• Proven ability to establish and manage a preventive maintenance program.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste disposal and environmental compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance personnel in equipment installation, facilities repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Perform regular plant inspections and optimize space usage.
• Establish and sustain a preventive maintenance program to maximize reliability.
• Ensure compliant hazardous waste disposal and liaise with utilities and agencies.
• Oversee construction and installation work to meet specifications; prepare proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate building space, layouts, and communication services.
• Assist with facilities repair and PM activities as needed.
