Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Michigan is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Leader to maximize machine uptime and OEE across the production line. You will lead PM/PdM programs, coordinate with Production, and guide a maintenance team and contractors to meet daily output goals.

Dress code: focus on safety, 5S discipline, and compliance with IATF 16949 and environmental standards. You will document activities, analyze MTTR/MTBF trends, and drive continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Job description

Lead the heartbeat of manufacturingPicture the start of your shift: you open the plant dashboard, scan OEE and uptime against targets, and kick off a quick HSE-first safety huddle. A line ping comes in—an equipment fault. You triage, guide troubleshooting, and get production moving again. Before lunch, you review preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, check 5S conditions on the floor, and align with Production on the day’s priorities. The afternoon brings a contractor walk-through for an expansion project, a spare-parts inventory check, and a daily production meeting where you commit to corrective actions.
