Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Engineer to supervise the Engineering staff, ensuring top-tier owner and guest service and ongoing facility maintenance. Responsibilities include calibration, inspection, and preventative maintenance of tools and equipment, as well as managing shut-off valves and safety protocols.

The role also supports disaster response planning and safety training.

Hourly Rate: $45.78Hourly Wage: $45.78Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history.JOB SUMMARYSupervise the Engineering staff to ensure excellent owner/guest service and facility maintenance. Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves. Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed. Maintain inventory and purchase orders log. Inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Operate power lift. Complete the life safety checklist, including the fire-pump run test and generator run test. Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Assist in development of disaster response protocols.
