Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and manage work orders to ensure timely maintenance response.
• Track inventory of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment; order and replenish materials as needed.
• Receive estimates on approved projects and organize via spreadsheet; submit project through system.
• Coordinate and schedule repair activities to minimize downtime and disruption to plant operations.
• Assist the director with contractor communications and coordinating service providers.
• Assist in maintaining a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure timely completion of routine tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and contractor engagements.
