Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to organize and manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, ensuring preventive maintenance, repairs, and projects are completed safely and on time.

Under the General Manager, you will supervise technicians, plan work, maintain spare parts inventories, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement within a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Education; Technical Training preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain First Aid/ CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department including staffing, reporting and compliance.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize work assignments of Maintenance Technicians.
• Responds to ongoing challenges by recommending improvements in repair methods.
• Identify areas of operational conflicts with departmental procedures and suggest alternatives.
• Produce and submit weekly reports as requested by management.
• Purchase parts and source according to company guidelines.
