Job summary

Francis Property Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the service team, oversee all property maintenance, and ensure safety compliance across occupied and vacant units.

You will supervise daily service requests, manage make-ready for vacant apartments, coordinate on-call duties, maintain logs, and partner with the Property Manager on budgets and projects. This on-site role requires strong leadership and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams.
• Ability to coordinate on-call schedules.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and CPO certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily service requests completion.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments.
• Coordinate quarterly preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure golf carts safety and secure supplies.
• Maintain logs for water intrusion, freon, lights, and pool chemicals.
• Coordinate on-call duties among service team members.
• Order parts, supplies, and tools required for daily activities.
• Communicate inventory needs that exceed budget with the Property Manager.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and storage areas.
