Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance across production, facilities, and utilities. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring documentation and compliance with safety and quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and oversee routine and non-routine maintenance/repairs of equipment.
• Assess problems with equipment, identify root cause, and complete repairs and documentation.
• Coordinate activities, and oversee the work of maintenance personnel.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance procedures.
• Identify critical spare parts and maintain inventories to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety policies.
• Effectively communicate with Directors, Managers, Supervisors, peers and subordinates.
• Notify management if specifications cannot be met and/or safety is compromised.
• Review and document work completed by employees.
• Conduct employee reviews.
• Ensure safety equipment is functional and that procedures are followed.
• Work on other projects as requested by management.
• All employees comply with Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems.
