Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify maintenance schedules and routines.
• Conduct inspections and manage response to service requests.
• Monitor inventories and order supplies accordingly.
• Perform a range of repairs involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
