Job summary

Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department across our elder care facilities. You will supervise the maintenance staff, manage schedules, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED and 1 year training or 2 years maintenance experience.
Or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Must be available for occasional weekend and evening work and on call.
Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance department operations and staff in a long-term care setting.
Manage department budget and annual planning; supervise repairs and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate set up and teardown of events; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
Maintain records and reports, and supervise assistants and technicians.
