Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Manager of Maintenance Operations for Starlink in Bastrop, TX. You will lead a team of supervisors, technicians and associates to ensure maximum equipment availability and production line uptime on high-volume Starlink lines.

You will drive root-cause analysis, manage spare parts, and provide maintenance planning and KPI analysis to improve efficiency and downtime prevention. The role requires hands-on engineering insight and collaboration across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and associates to achieve maximum machine availability, throughput, and OEE.
• Design and build systems to track and execute maintenance tasks on schedule with minimal impact to line uptime.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with asset owners and engineers.
