Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in maintenance or production/manufacturing.
• 2+ years of experience in a direct leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities that support the Starlink program.
• Build and lead a multi-skilled technician team.
• Create PM work plans and update schedules for assets.
• Conduct root cause analysis and report activities.
