Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Bondurant, IA to lead a team of maintenance mechanics and collaborate with robotics and controls technicians. You will ensure a safe, efficient operation, manage preventive maintenance, and serve as the client contact during shifts.

The role requires leadership experience, ability to supervise multi-site activities, and hands-on maintenance of industrial systems. On-site work with potential on-call duties is included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative schedules.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports maintenance team members to develop skills and capabilities.
• Oversees safety standards and preventive maintenance across the facility.
• Coordinates with outside contractors and responds to emergencies.
• Manages tickets, scheduling, and inventory to meet KPI targets.
• Maintains client relationships and contributes to budget planning.
