• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, administrative, or business systems
• Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, or related accounting processes
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Approximately 55% Accounting, 25% Human Resources, and 20% Operations/Administrative Support
• Process and track invoices, accounts payable, and purchase orders
• Maintain department records and prepare reports for site leadership
• Coordinate payroll updates and benefits questions
• Support recruiting from posting through hire and onboarding
• Assist with on-site communications between the team and corporate office
