Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily work of the facilities maintenance team.
• Prioritize preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues and drive practical solutions.
• Support reliable operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.
• Monitor work orders, preventive maintenance completion, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate day-to-day work with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Coach staff and align staffing with operational needs.
• Partner with leadership on staffing, projects, and priorities.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and opportunities to improve reliability.
