Qualifications

• Ability to travel between CH properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance staff and provides supervisory direction.
• Develops operating procedures for maintenance operations.
• Schedules preventive maintenance for CH fleet.
• Assesses need for small to mid-sized projects and coordinates with vendors.
• Maintains detailed records and budget tracking for maintenance activities.
• Ensures safety compliance and training of staff.
• Coordinates training programs and on-the-job development.
