Job summary

ARCH, located in Bartlett, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Leader. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities across the Midsouth BU, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and conducting audits to ensure compliance. Candidates must have a high school degree and extensive experience with manufacturing equipment, particularly Swiss lathes and CNC mills. The position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency in a dynamic environment and offers a chance to lead safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance activities across Midsouth BU’s.
• Implement and enforce preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for maintenance issues.
