Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to program, assist with programing to help in the utilization and development of their direct reports and work closely with the programming department.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct manufacturing personnel and resources to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Plan, assign, and direct daily duties for manufacturing personnel; control resources to meet production deadlines.
• Manage department assets scheduling and plan adjustments, including expediting delayed operations.
• Communicate production goals, priorities, and policy changes to shop floor teams and align with company objectives.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees; provide SOP and safety training.
• Lead by example; ensure safe, clean work environment and compliance with policies.
