Job summary

Weyerhaeuser Idabel, OK is seeking Maintenance Mechanical Millwright team members to join our lumber facility. You will perform highly skilled mechanical maintenance, install, repair and service motors, pneumatic, hydraulic and conveyor systems, and analyze causes of breakdowns.

We value safety, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work any shift, including weekends. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, hands-on tools proficiency, and strong root cause analysis skills; pre-employment

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
5+ years of maintenance work experience preferred.
Proficient with hand and power tools; precise measuring instruments.
Experienced with pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
Strong root cause analysis skills required.
Resume detailing education and work history; steady record.

Responsibilities

Perform highly skilled mechanical maintenance including installation and repairs.
Maintain and repair motors, pneumatic, hydraulic and conveyor equipment.
Analyze causes of breakdowns and outline corrective actions.
Lubricate, clean, plan maintenance, and weld as required.
Follow safety lockout procedures and housekeeping standards.
Work independently or in teams; flexible with shifts including weekends.
