Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking Maintenance Mechanical Millwrights for our Dierks, AR Lumber facility. You will perform lubrication, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep production running safely.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in industrial mechanical work, and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Pay is based on experience, up to $39/hour with a $3.50 weekend premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in industrial mechanical work.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lubrication & preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Repair & troubleshoot mechanical power transmissions.
• Install bearings, couplings, belts, sprockets & chain drives.
• Repair & troubleshoot pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
• Perform basic metal fabrication and cylinder repair.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls and understand industrial electricity.
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures.
