Qualifications

Two years or more of experience in a mechanical maintenance position within manufacturing, industrial, or military environments.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience using a cutting torch and welding with an arc welder.
Experience troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery.
Install and align new equipment.
Perform periodic maintenance routines including lubricating machine tools and equipment for reliability.
Maintain maintenance logs with labor hours and PM findings.
Collaborate with operations to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
Help meet production and quality goals while optimizing equipment to reduce waste.
Adhere to safety/environmental guidelines and participate in safety programs.
Be willing to work any shift, on-call, holidays, weekends, and overtime.
Maintain safety rules and wear appropriate safety equipment.
Work in a hot, humid, noisy industrial environment.
