Job summary

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and pay of $30.00–$36.00 per hour, with variable pay eligibility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumps, while upholding safety, housekeeping, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumps.
• Experience installing, aligning, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing industrial equipment.
• Experience with fabrication, welding, and cutting torch.
• Experience operating hoisting and lifting devices.
• Experience troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, and gearboxes.
• Experience with precision alignment of motors and couplings.
• Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, and/or hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict adherence to all safety, environmental, and PPE requirements while working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment for improved reliability and uptime.
• Assist co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
• Effectively communicate work performed and equipment status, both verbally and in writing.
• Help meet or exceed production waste and quality goals through a quality maintenance program.
• Read and understand work instructions.
• Conduct maintenance in accordance with scheduled maintenance requirements.
• Work in hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environments.
• Demonstrate leadership skills; be a self-starter requiring little or no supervision and show the ability and willingness to train others.
• Perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, twisting, stooping), with or without reasonable accommodation.
