Weyerhaeuser Holden Lumber Mill is seeking experienced Maintenance Millwrights. This role involves skilled mechanical maintenance on motors, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, plus welding and fabrication as needed.

You will troubleshoot, inspect, and perform preventive maintenance in a safety-first environment. Opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and full benefits are available in Holden, LA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years industrial mechanical maintenance/millwright experience OR 3 years in lumber manufacturing as a millwright.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and precision instruments.
• Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems and conveyors.
• Welding and torch work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled mechanical maintenance, installation, and repairs on motors, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and determine repair actions.
• Conduct inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and welding/fabrication as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow lockout procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure uptime.
